For JC Penney...go to JCP.com, then in the search bar on the LEFT side, type in jobs and then go from there. There are a plethora of jobs available. Recovery folds clothes and cleans up racks mostly and works during the closing shifts only, sales associates do everything like cleaning out fitting rooms and handling customers as well as putting up clothes etc, selling specialists make commission but are paid less by the hour generally. It just depends, but there are descriptions available there. Good luck!:)

Sales Rep...and the job SUCKS!! It is really boring.
