i worked as HR Manager. I love my job. Motivation and Negotiation is best part as well as challenging in HR Job.

I work in HR and yes I enjoy it very much.  I mainly deal with recruitment, retention, and benefits.  The best part about my job is I get to meet different people with the interviewing and I also get the opportunity to get to know my co-workers when signing them up for benefits.  If I had to think of something bad to say about what I do, it would be all the paperwork...but some people enjoy that type of stuff.

i was a finance administrative once and it sucked as h**l...
