Absolutely not. You may apply for the lottery even as the K1 is processing and if approved along with the I-130, if the lottery affords you the faster route, you are allowed to follow through. Many immigrants met their prospective spouses while visiting on a B1/B2 visa, and after returning to their country, the fiancé/fiance applies for them with a K1. Good luck.

if your visitors visa was granted it will have  better impact facilitating your  next application  now on the other hand if you  were denied    they may ask for  more documentation if you overstayed    forget it   untill the ban is over

if she's applying for both of the visas at the same time no. u cant absolutely do it.

if she applied for the lottery visa and now for teh k-1 she should bring all the profs of the existing relationship.

she should bring photos, letters, e-mailto the interview. if her fiancè can be there with her at the interview moment its better.
