ive never had a problem with it. ordered a fair bit from their site.

although i did wait 3 weeks for a response to an email i sent to customer service.

Nobody actually works at the online site as such, when you place an order online it is sent to the distribution depot who ship the item out to you. The other option is to order for collection at your nearest store. If your item is out of stock it will automatically be ordered from the warehouse, delivered to the store from which you will be notified. I work for Argos and use the system myself and always find it quite efficient.
