I read all these articles about calories and cholestrol and sodium levels and stuff, but today I read an article where they were outraged about how the Panera company uses artificial coloring for their pastries. I didn't think it was that big of a deal.So I ask you my fellow humans, what really matters when you are deciding what to eat? Sugar? Sodium? Calories? Texture??
