Does autumn come in september?

i dont no if its different around the world but i live in england. do the leaves change in september

i find september is pretty much the same as august. weather doesnt change overnigh from the 31 aug to 1 sep

or does everything turn autumny in october?

  1. Yups, in northern hemisphere.. it usually start every september equinox on 23th of september..

    but in southern hemisphere it will be the beginning of spring.


  2. Well fall starts in September.But in other places of the world it's different when it's starts to look like autumn. I live in Reading,Pennsylvania USA and it is August 22 and it's starting to cool down but i don't know i think it's supposed to get warmer?I don't know your question is tough.

  3. I live in Ohio and Autumn here comes in Oct.that's when it starts cooling down day and night and the leafs start changing colors.I love that time of the season.

  5. From a technical standpoint Autumn starts at the Autumnul Equinox (Sept. 22nd) but the effects that make autumn look like autumn are completely dependent on the local weather.  You need a few cold evenings to trigger the trees into turning color.

  8. In the southern hemisphere it is just the opposite to this - Spring starts by convention 1st September, Weather changes are a gradual thing and are related to the earths orientation to the sun.
