All averages no matter what the subject must have a minimum and a maximum value to become a valid argument. What are you asking?

You're not very clear in this question.  Can I assume you're talking about fuel mileage????

If so, then yes, the slower you drive the better fuel mileage you get.  I am a truck driver.  My company bought me a new truck a couple years ago.  They could not understand why the fuel mileage was so poor.  I drove the truck exactly as I did the old one, about 70 mph on the interstate.  I started driving the new one at 64 mph, and the fuel mileage increased drastically.  Speed does affect fuel mileage, despite what some disbelievers say.

Our family drives a few Mercedes diesel cars, and I have noticed a significant increase in fuel mileage on those as well, just slowing down.  Leave early when you need to go somewhere, so you can drive a little slower.  I'm sure you'll see an increase in fuel mileage.
