Does banfields basic plus plan cover eye care ?

trying to figure out if banfiels basic plus plan covers eye care because my cats retna is coming out of his eye i am making a opt at the vet today i just saw it this morning , if anyone has any help that would be great or if you know anything about pain relief for cats his 8 years old
