  1. It could, sometimes for me, I get dehydrated like in the summer

  2. I find it does for me but I suffer from migrains on a dialy basis. If you do get one turn the shower down not too cold but so its refreshing and wash your hair under the cooler water. This always seems to help!

  3. Honey it shouldn't if anything it should help you to relax, is it a headache or migraine?  If it doesn't get anybetter go to the doctors, as this is too important to ignore.  It could be something very simple, but it is best to be on the safe side.

Good Luck, and let me know how you go.

    Minny :-)

  4. It would if i was a migraine perhaps. Usually a hot bath would make the headache ease somewhat. Try taking paracetamol or similar for it. Good luck.:)

  5. i could imagine going from room temperature to scalding hot can give you a headache, but nomally hot water, not everyone has the effect.

  6. If you have lower blood pressure, hot water can lower it even more.  I don't have headaches in hot water, but I get very dizzy and feel queasy if the water is too hot.  A good lie down always remedies the problem for me.

  7. Yes, it does for me.  I'm not sure why.  I'm always overheating, unless my electrolytes are off...  Then I get cold.
