Rules are meant for all teams, & good batsmen are coming through in many teams lately so its not only India but I think something should be done in favour of bowlers too. Bowlers of this era aren't as impactful like they used to be in the 90s.

Yes ,it might be benifit......... But why they lost both the finals (Kitply &Asia Cup)......... Also they won the CommonWealth Bank Series in Australia due to good bowling......... In Cricket Bowling and the Batting is More important in any format of cricket.........
