Does beauty water actually work?

there's water advertised in a "Reveal" magazine; Called Beauty water,

and it apparently gets rid of spot's and blemishes in 4 weeks. if you drink 2 a day. Its from Morrison's and is £1.25 should i try it for myself or would it be a waste of time?

I tried one that was sold at Neiman Marcus and it really did work for me.  My complexion looked much better in a short time but not sure if the one you are speaking about will work
