  1. i guess it some how is like that.

Well it depends on how you shape...

Exercises like yoga and stuff help you shape mentally and physically.

    it improves concentration.

  2. I absolutely think so. Natural genetic dispositions aside, I think committing yourself to working out will help you develop diligence, motivation, and awareness--all of which should help you become "smarter" or simply more wiser. By pushing yourself that extra lap or extra set in the gym, you'll subconsciously become more driven to do that "extra thing" at work or at school and reap greater intangible rewards!

I suggest looking into finding routines that best fit your lifestyle and desired goals in terms of physique. Make sure it works into your daily schedule and stick with it. Be flexible in adjusting your workouts so that you can improve over a period of time. All the best!

  3. No it doesn;t

  4. YES!!!!  It's a fact that regular physical activity will keep you younger, mentally and physically.  People who exercise regularly have improved brain function, retain new information more efficiently, are are far less likely to develop dementia or Alzheimers as they age.

It doesn't have to be a two hour workout at the gym - walking 30 minutes a day is great.

Exercise keeps you young, smart, and healthy -so do it!

  5. definitly ya and 100% ya

  6. Indeed. I used to be very overweight, and lost a bunch, and got happier each day. I was stronger than ever, and finally confident.

    Go for it!

  7. i would say yes cause you will make better choices

  8. Definitely, being in good physical shape promotes a more active and responsive mind, and you are mentally more alert.

  9. I disagree that being healthy makes you more clever.  Last year stayed up 'till 3am most days and only got 5 hours sleep, I ate junk and practically never exercised and got straight A's in exams.

  10. Eating more Omega 3's (in fish and some other foods) will help with memory and brain function. Check out the source link for an article about it.

  11. WOW! THAT'S A REALLY GOOD QUESTION. I'M GUESSING YES BECAUSE A HEALTHY BODY MAKES A HEALTHY BRAIN TOO!

  12. It depends I see people who are in great shape but idiots. I see overweight coach potatoes who are geniuses. I neglected my health for years & can see that when I take care of myself my mind works better. I tivoe Jeopardy & have noticed I have gotten better at that so I see my mind becoming more alert. So I think balance is important. You should also look up the different types of intelligences & see how you measure up in each area. So balancing a mental workout with the physical will give you the best results.
