Does being married means you have to lose your friends?

my best friend been married for ten years . we used be very close but since she is married it seems like i can't call her when i need to talk . i used to tell her everything but now i feel like i can't talk to her about anything that going in my life. I myself is married and i had tried talk to my husband but there are something you need to talk to with other female
