  1. I suspect you are referring to the junk science of the blood type diet. Personally, I think the entire blood type diets are rubbish, it all comes from the claims of one man and one book. This book is filled with no actual evidence/scientific proof to back up this claim, just anecdotal garbage.

No one needs meat. There is nothing in meat that cannot be found in a vegetarian source. Variety is the key to any good diet, if you are eating many different foods than you should be fine(regardless of blood type).

  2. only if your a cow...no there is some book about what should be in your diet based on your blood type but i don't think it's like if you are type ab negative you should eat only green leafies...

  3. Nope...It depends on whether you are affected by www.meat.org.

  4. It's more complicated than just blood type.  Not everyone can thrive on a vegan diet.

  5. no.  it depends on health, conscience, religion, etc. etc.

it has nothing to do with one's blood type.

  6. No, no, no.  That blood type diet garbage is... well, garbage.  No one in the relevant scientific community backs up that guy's book and one prominent evolutionary biologist stated that if the theory was true, the human race would have died out long ago.

As a type O, I am "supposed" to the the obligate meat eater.  But, I have been thriving for over two decades as a veg*n.  I'm perfectly healthy, my blood work checks out, I participate in triathlons and my doctor is behind me 100% diet-wise.

  7. no. anyone can be vegetarian/vegan.

  8. No.

That blood type diet is nonsense too.

  9. No.  I've heard that some people just can't be vegan based on their blood type.  It is not true.
