  1. Of course it's good. Meat is poison.

  2. I am an ovo-lacto vegetarian

    ( i don't eat meat but i do eat dairy : milk,eggs,cheese ect. )

If you get your protein and other things that you don't get from meat then you will be healthier. Cutting out on the junk food will be even better and you will probably loose weight :)

Vegetarians have lower rates of heart disease and some forms of cancer than non-vegetarians also Colorectal, ovarian, and breast cancers, Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension (high blood pressure).

This is because a healthy vegetarian diet is typically low in fat and high in fiber. However, even a vegetarian diet can be high in fat if it includes excessive amounts of fatty snack foods, fried foods, whole milk dairy products, and eggs. Therefore, a vegetarian diet, like any healthy diet, must be well planned in order to help prevent and treat certain diseases.

The key to any healthy diet is to choose a wide variety of foods, and to consume enough calories to meet your energy needs.

You will need to focus on these 5 categories: B12, vitamin D, Irion, Calcium, and protein.

My point is read about being a vegetarian and get all the nutrition you need. If you do that you will be healthier.

  3. Yeah, it makes you healthier

  4. You'll get a bit of biased answers. But in my very honest experience, I felt better, my skin is clearer, my nails are shinier, I defecate everyday, f**t alot (lol), less depression, less guilt, etc. It was pretty a good change. Now I hate seeing meat and smelling it. I did lost a few pounds and became underweight (5'1 & 85 lbs) but I dont know what seems the reason as Im eating alot now. Perhaps Im just eating healthier.
