Does bella have a special power when she gets turned into a vampire?

I'm talking about Breaking Dawn No theories, please, just the honest fact.

And plus, is it true that Bella gets preggo's with edward?? (i didnt think that was possible, will him being a vampire and all...)

yes she does get pregnant im reading right now....it is possible becuz guys nvr stop giving sperm in the vampire term cuz he didnt age he just stopped...it wouldnt have been possible if she was a vampire yet so she can still change in the pregnant form...now i dont know about the power i have got that far just to about page 150....hope this helps=)

yeah she gets pregnant, and afterwards when she gets changed into a vampire she has the powers of self control, and she is also mentally shielded from any sort of power that can invade her mind.....she can also shield others from being mentally attacked.......^_^
