The only thing that would drive a charge for inbound calls would be 1) you accept a collect call 2) the charges are for 3rd party calls ..... you or someone else makes a call and bills the charges to your phone. 3) the call was made with a calling card that is associated to your account or 4) you have measured service which only allows so many calls per month and then you are billed for each additional call.

no... unless they reversed the charges, which an operator would have asked you prior to you being connected...

No you wont be charged if its a landphone line that you have got even for the long disyance incomming calls,

however if yours is a cell phone and you are not in coverage area then you might be charged.
