it doesnt hurt during the actual piercing, but once they put the earing in it, it hurts pretty bad. For about 2 days after, your belly button will feel sore.

It does hurt, but everything will go by so fast and you'll probably be so nervous and scared that you might not even feel it, unless you look at it being done.
