In 4 days i am going to California for about a week. I am going to be biking a lot. I am going to try to jog as often as i can during the week. does biking burn fat, or make you more muscular. Details would help:) I am 15 weigh 116 or 118 (changes often never over 120) and i am 5'2 am i a healthy weight? I want to be 110 by the end of the summer.
