All people have concerns and worries. After all, money only solves financial issues, not spiritual, mental, etc. So he is man like anyone else, therfore not exempt from all problems.

The value of Microsoft and other investment stock, getting writers cramp from writing that huge annual tax check, people constantly bugging him for money or sneaking around his house, security for his kids,...

Little things like blown head gaskets, replacing tires, and paying bills become non-issues.

Having a high net worth doesn't make problems or worries go away, just makes them more interesting (both good and bad).

my answer is yes.  I have not met anyone in this world who has nothing to worry in life. The more money you have or the higher status you're status is, the bigger your responsibilities in life.  The good side of it, one is in a better position to help those in need.
