Depends on what you want bleached.It is always preferable and safe to get bleached,be it skin or hair,by

a qualified expert.Don't take chances by doing it all by yourself.It may cause irreparable damage.Happy

use something like the veet bleaching products, they may temporarily lighten your skin but that wot last and it works well on the hair

You cna get bleaching kits that whiten the skin too but the safety of those is questionable.  Hair bleach is designed to work on hair but also has the potential to damage skin which is why ahirdressers use gloves.
