Does bleaching work?

okkkk once again im talking about my hair ok so one person said bleaching works welll if my hair dresser bleaches my hair will it get my natural color and take out my blonde streaks if not what would

If you have an artificial color in your hair then you should strip the hair color first because it can turn orange if you don't but yes bleaching your hair does work to an extent
