Does bleaching your teeth work that well?

Question

So right now my teeth arent super white but theyre not bad little off white and i was wondering if i should get them bleached its only about 350 dollars, and the dentist said itd whiten my teeth like 7 shades. But my question is how whiter is 7 shades??? Will i notice a difference??? Discuss

I wouldn't waste the money. Surprisingly, good ol' baking powder helps a ton. If that doensn't help (which I doubt), Crest Whitening Strips are amazing. I mean it don't waste your money.

Hi there! 7 shades is a definite improvement that you would notice. I don't think the fee is outrageous either. I work at a dental office and we charge $300.00. That being said, I would like to know your age. If you are a young, healthy, non-smoker some of the over-the-counter whitening products would probably get you where you want to be. Crest White Strips Supreme or Crest White Strips Professional are great options and are about $28/$50 respectively. You will definitely get whiter with the dentist provided version, but I would try one of the others first. And I think the OTC Whitestrips come with a shade guide so you can see your progress. Its worth a try and it might save you $300. Hope that helps

it depends cause sometimes its not gonna be a 100% white just lighter than before, for me its not worth it cause your teeth wont be white forever its gonna fade out in months, when you smoke its no use whitening it

350 is a lot. I would say use whitestrips, because they work and they're a lot cheaper.
