  1. Of course it does. You will imporve your health if you eat sensibly and perform cardio exercise as well as maintaining or improving your strength for healthy bone density... these are all things that bodybuilders have to do to be succesful.

    I've been training for over 18 months now and I've not been this healthy in over 25 years.... and back then I swam 5 miles a day.

    If you mean cardiovascular health, then no.

    muscle building yes.

  4. Not necessarily,

    if your workout is balanced and you mix cardio/fitness training with your body building then yes it is very good for your health.

    if on the other hand you use steroids etc, then no it is not good for your health. by steroids i mean steroids not accredited products like USN.

    remember nutrition is always important and always consult your doctor before a major lifestyle change.

    P.S. USN is about the best product on the market, be it weight loss muscle gain etc.

  5. Yes, it increases your metabolism a lot (you will eat like a horse) it also increases bone density and I've heard it can be good for the joints.

    But you must also do some cardiovascular work i.e. running - to maintain a healthy heart, as weight lifting alone is not good for the heart.

    In some extreme cases to much weightlifting/bodybuilding can enlarge the heart especially if a good amount of cardio work is not done, as the heart is not fit enough to cope with the stresses and strains of body building.

  6. Yes. It will improve your circulation, your lung capacity and body strength. Your endorphin levels will be raised, that's a feel good chemical in the brain. You will have to stop alcohol consumption, no smoking, eat good food and cut out fast food and rubbish stuff. You will sleep better and be more happy in yourself. DO NOT TAKE artificial stimulants, they are dangerous. Your overall health will therefore improve.

  7. Not as much as you might think. Body builders do exercise to build muscle but do not concentrate on the cardiovascular part (running and jogging).

    But also to a certain extent, exercise is exercise so it does improve it somewhat. Its best to do a mixture to improve health, but that will also make it harder to increase muscle size.
