Does boiling acacia/wheat seeds help their germination?

Question says all, I think.

The temperature was 90-100 degrees C, and I boiled the seeds for different periods of time (1/2 minute, 2 1/2 mins, 5 mins, 15 mins, and 30 mins....I also have the control experiment, of course :P).

So, yeah, just wondering...

wouldnt the dna degrade,water,yes,bioling no would be my guess for the wheat certainly,arcadia could be tough enough,are they fire stimulated?? if them it may help...you might have to perforate after...
