Does boiling coconut juice degrade quality?

i've got some packaged "o.n.e." coconut juice and am wondering if boiling would degrade it or make it unhealthy or would it just increase the flavor.

It won't degrade the flavor but it will change it.

Boiling will concentrate it, some water will evaporate.

However, depending on how hard you boil it and for how long the flavor might change as the sugars caramelize and heat creates other chemical reactions.

You may find that it creates a sort of caramelized coconut flavor which you might enjoy.

If you want to preserve the flavor, a very low simmer and a lot of stirring will remove water but make it thicker.
