Does botox completely prevent an eye from moving?

Question

...when it is injected to treat a small to moderate Inward Squint?

Or does it just weaken the muscle? IE can the eye still move in the direction towards the muscle that was injected?

botox shouldn't effect which way your eyeball can go bcuz it doesn't effect or even touch your eyeball, just the skin on the outside
