Does braces hurt when you have sensitive gums that bleed when flossing??

I will be getting braces and im nervous because my teeth bleed when i floss

I have sensitive gums as well, and when I had braces, the amount they hurt was pretty much the same as everyone else.

It does not really make a difference if you have sensitive gums or not.

You should be fine. =]

i never used to floss but i just kept doing it and my gums dont bleed anymore... i had braces when my teeth did bleed after flossing and plus i have sensitive teeth but braces didnt hurt for me really at all..

just felt pressure after changing rubberbands and wires.

dont worry i think you'll be fine but everyone is different

the separators hurt the most!! more than the braces!!!

Braces hurt even if you don't have sensitive gums. They will hurt no matter what.
