  1. yes

  2. Most  persons  here  say  yes,  but none of  my references said  that.  It did  say  would  improve  bad  breath and  good  for  gingivitis.

  3. yess but use arm and hammer tooth paste

  4. I used to buy whitening strips.  Later I heard that one can create a paste of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and brush with this to whiten teeth.  It worked!  It is a lot cheaper than whitening strips.  Whitening strips consist of hydrogen peroxide.  A word of caution, hydrogen peroxide is hard on the gums.  I only did 4 treatments of the paste in one week and waited a week.  Now I do it only once a week because I drink lots of tea and coffee also. I'm not a dentist or hygienist, thus I am not an expert. I can only share with you what worked for me.  Also, I talked with my dentist before I did this.  So, I recommend you consult your dentist before doing this.

  5. Yes, it stains the teeth white. But most toothpastes all ready have baking soda in them so you dont need to add more.

  6. Yeah it really does, but it tastes nasty!

  7. Yes, but so does swishing with peroxide daily, but be careful as it could make your teeth sensitive.

  8. absoluttly yes
