Does bus no. 4 in Albany stop near the Alfred E. Smith building, dowtown?

Hello,

Does anyone know if bus no. 4 in Albany, NY stops near the Alfred E. Smith Building on Swan Street. I called the CDTA and the rep. said it did, but now I am looking at the bus route and cannot understand it. Help please!!! I am not yet living in Albany, but would like to know before hand.

The Alfred E. Smith building is across the street from the State Capitol and the #4 passes in between both buildings and there are stops near the Capitol and Smith buildings.
