I don't think so.  Some engines really frown on this because you're essentially inflating your traffic numbers.  In some instances Google may ban you from adsense.

There is no magic pill in online marketing it takes hard work and time just like any other business. My suggestion would be to build a non-flash proffesional site with great content and optimize it for the search engines. After you do this start writing some articles and press releases and if you are on a budget you can have them distributed through some of the free pr distribution services. You are better off taking the quality approach rather than the quantity.
