  1. It can. It is recommended to not have caffeine within 4 hours of going to bed. But caffeine can often work 5 - 6 hours too. Some people even longer. It is a stimulant and one of the places it works is the brain.

  3. YES! Ive had an orange fanta and 4 mint oreos and its 3:30 tried going to bed for like 30 min and i hopped right back on the net! I should be asleep but o well

  4. caffeine in coffee keeps me up at night, but the caffeine in tea does not.   And it's not even decaf.  it's the real deal.  I think it's because it's not as much caffeine, plus the other substances in tea have a mellowing effect on you.  I think it's called theanine.  not sure though.

    I tried laying in bed to sleep.. 5 minutes later I hopped online. So yes. Had a mountain dew around 2 or 3 so yeah. I can't sleep.
