Does camicide kill bed bugs?

my building has bedbugs and i have a parrot and no bedbugs and plan to keep it that way. I know camicide is birdsafe, but does it kill bedbugs?

anything that is made to kill pests like ants, can also kill parrots.

Good for you for taking preventative action.  You will want to get the apratments next to you to do the same to keep the bedbugs that much further away if you have a good realtion with these people.  Keep a large block of apartments trying to keep them away and everyone benefits.

Since you have a pet, you should avoid the use of chemical sprays and lean towards non-chemical enzyme based sprays that kill bedbugs on contact by dissolving their exoskeleton.

The ones that I see mentioned most are called Kleen-Free and they also ahve one called BedBug Terinator.  Tehy canlikely tell you which is safest around yoru parrot but their site says they are safe to use around pets, etc so you should be fine.   They are contact killers so youwould spray anywhere the bugs might be and if the spray hits them they should die.  Not sure how often they say to spray for preventative.  Again, contact them through their website and get some advice and maybe get yoru neighbours looking at the option as well so you keep the nasty little things as far away as possible,.
