Do you mean coffee that is brewed as camp coffee or are you referring to the coffee you have stored at a seldom visited camp?

If the latter, Yes! It can go stale pretty quick if you are using the canned pre-staled pre-ground coffee. Maybe, if you are using whole bean that you know when it was roasted. In the case of whole beans figure that they are gone after about 5 weeks from roast date.

If you are referring to the coffee you have brewed by the 'camp' method....if it has mold floating on it, I wouldn't drink it.
