Does captaincy has to change?

I think Dhoni is not doing good with some players. I heard that he is a headweight. Then should the captaincy go to someone like Sehwag or Yuvi? Or is Dhoni comfortable. Ur suggestion please.

i think DHONI is a good captain but he is weak in a few areas in which i think if he improves can do a more better job...

Dude, you are forgetting the 2007 ICC Twenty20 and the 2008 CommonWealth bank series. Under Dhoni's captaincy India won both of the tournaments. The point is it is not Dhoni fault. It is the selectors because if they have chose Ganguly and Dravid India would have won the 2008 Kitply cup and the Asia cup.

EDIT- If India loses the Champions Trophy than the captain should be changed

I do not think there is any need for change of captaincy as Dhoni is doing a reasonably good job as captain and all players are around him.

While not very knowledgeable about cricket, to me the main characteristics of a captain is his [or her] ability to bring out the best in his players.  

He must know the game and how to play the odds when necessary.

Getting along with everyone, while nice, is not really necessary.  I guess, being respected for one's ability to get the best out of one is more important.

In spite of the name, I'm not an Aussie.  I'm a marsupial groupie.  However, I did learn about the game while in Oz about 9 years ago.  

There is quite a lot of cricket played in the States.  I hung around for a while with some crazies from the West Indies.  They even let me make a fool out of myself.  :-)
