Very much prevelant and there is no end to it till such time you become a popular model. After that it would be limited to persons in higher strata of the field only.

The exploiters of fellow human beings can be found in every field and it not only sexual exploitation , casting couch is more prevalent in the movie and modeling industry because there is lots of young people out there who are looking for a break and so are easy prey for these evil wicked barons of these industry

The Casting couch does exist in Hollywood to a very large extent. It exists in the modelling industry to a lesser extent (thanks to g*y men who frown on it) and it exists in the TV industry to a small extent.
