I am going away on a holiday and my friend is staying with a friend. My friend's place is really a big mess and there is dust everywhere. Rubbish are left all over the house, there are empty boxes, old newspapers, old computer parts, rubbish bags all over the house.

His 2 cats seems happy and healthy. They have clean water and food and clean litter box.

I am worried about my cats. They are used to a nice clean house and its their first time away from home.

  1. well if he doesnt live that far away from you then he could just come to your house every day or every other day and feed and love them. if this is not an option then i would say that if the cats water, food, and toilet area's are clean then i think it would be okay.

  2. Cats do not mind.

As long as they can eat...sleep...and...well u know! They are happy.

  3. Cats really don't mind where they are so long as their litter box is ALWAYS cleaned and the area where food is served is clean.

My only concern is that if they leave any potential dangerous items around the house you don't in your home.  Some examples are like any type of string substances where a cat easily can ingest and twist off the cat's intestines which is deadly.  Anything that you know your cats potentially gravitates to that could be dangerous needs to be removed while staying at your friends home.  Nothing is more upsetting to come home to find your cats getting into something that accidentally harmed them.

  4. i am not the greatest housekeeper, once things get crazy and i finally clean my cats run around all happy and frisky because the house is clean lol, but you cats will be fine

  5. Cats don't care about mess - they're usually prime culprits for causing mess! (Having 3 cats, I'd know - mouse entrails on the carpet at dawn...)

So long as they have clean water and food bowls and a clean litter box, they'll be fine.

  6. cats don't care... unless maybe if they're pampered and spoiled. personally you can find my cats (one of which is is white) half covered in soot from the little crawl spaces she finds or chasing mice in the smithy... cats don't care.

  7. i dnt tink dey mind but sumtyms the mistake it for a place to go 2 da loo
