Does caterpillar harm people?

caterpillar have some spikes on his back and it is danger to human?

yes it eats flesh by first puking on it then the acid melts it a bit

but its small so u cant really feel it then it comes and eats the puke also eating your flesh

Some caterpillars have stinging hairs and can deliver painful stings.  Saddleback caterpillars are among them.

quite a few caterpillars have hairs called "urticating bristles"

urticating = "itch causing"

tarantulas have them too, it's a pretty sharp, painful itch
