Does cauliflower have nerves?

someone told me that if you eat cauliflower, it feels when you eat it, because it has nerves. is this true?

    it has a bio chemical structure,, an electrial current "may" be produced when raw,, but there is no structure to be called nerves..

    besides that action is destroyed by cooking..

    blanching also reduces the amount of gas you pass.
