he's just doesn't overexxagerate everything he says..

he seems like a mello guy and i like that..

hes not hyper like other celebrities which may come off as non-friendly but he seems like an awesome person.. but we don't know him personally..

the cast of gossip girl and his close friends seem to like him so i guess he's a nice guy!

Not at all, he seems like the sweetest from all the cast, dorky and bubbly...

Lots of people that post pictures with him, and mention meeting him, say he's the nicest one from all 3 guys, that he actually stays and talks with them...

IMO he looks so down to earth, and in interviews he always comes off as so laid back...

Besides being so hott, he seems like he has an amazing personality.

Chace is the whole package.

He doesn't seem rude at all to me.. Actually when I read your question I watched an interview of his and he seemed very nice! Polite and whatnot. He is verrry hot. I bought the first season of Gossip Girl and I practically droll between him and Penn Badgley.
