Does chai tea stain teeth?

Any tea can stain teeth if you don't brush them or at least rinse your mouth with water afterward. Both tea and coffee contain a substance called tannic acid, which is why some people use tea to tan hides. All tea contains antioxidants, which can be beneficial to your health. I'd say the best brand of chai is Good Earth. You could find it at Save Mart, Food 4 Less, or any Safeway store.

Yes, it's good for you, but all teas will stain your teeth:(......some more so than others...personally, i find walmart has a better price on it....hope this helps you.....cheers!
