  1. yes! any white, blush, and some soft reds (rose) need to be chilled to taste right

  2. Yes - between 37-42 degrees

  3. Any white wine should be.

  4. You bet.  I put  a bottle of chardonnay in the fridge before going to work today.  I got home about 15 min ago, opened the bottle, poured a nice glassfull, logged on to answers.yahoo and see this as the first question. WoW

It's about 85 deg with about a zillion% humidity.  Can't get any better than this.

  5. most white wines need to be chilled

  6. yes.

  7. Yes, although lightly chilled. It's not as flavorful ice cold, imo.

    Enjoy!

  8. Yes, but not to the temp of you're fridge. 55-65 degrees should be fine. Warm it will taste nasty. Too cold and you might as well be drinking a beer.
