I highly doubt that if you take only were to eat a few it would make ANYTHING white.

But I suppose if you ate them regularly it may have some effect.

No. It's just the healthiest type of gum. It is just good for your teeth and is recomended by the American Dental Association. What's the problem with just brushing your teeth 2-3 times a day??
