  1. hot water helps break down foods faster in your stomach so it can be an helpful aide while trying to lose weight.

  2. Not really.  Water's water.

  3. Yes your body can take in room temp. water better, cold constricts your stomach

  4. yeah if you drink a glass of ice water before bed you can loose weight atleast thats what ive heard

  5. only to the extent that  your body actually burns some calories warming water up to body temperature....which is good if you are trying to lose weight

  6. cold water burns calories. warm water helps you feel full faster.

  7. For health there really is no difference. However they can affect you differently initially.

Water that is below body temp will cause your body to go into heat up mode to warm the water before it can be used. The colder the water the longer that will take. While this can cause you to burn more calories this is something you don't want to do when it is hot outside or if you have been exercising. The last thing you want your body to do when you are hot is to go into heat up mode. If it is cold outside then a cold drink would actually be preferable.

The warmer the water is the more quickly your body can use it. This is important when your body needs water.
