  1. very little ........but it all adds up to be big so help prevent global warming ...the blog tells you what you can do

    http://www.smallstepsatatime.blogspot.co...

  2. No their impact would be small. I think the impact of second smoke on other people is over exaggerated.

  3. Ummm...no.

  4. Small but very significant.Very good question! We so often overlook the small things because the Bible states it is the little foxes that spoil the vine and a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.

  5. i'd sey all of you r just toooo wrong because

yes smoking is creating global warming and you ppl don't even care well start to and stop smoking for the safety of earth hav respect at the same time and smoking even causes hizards for your body function which will lead to suicied help save the earth every body send this to every one to your frends and your family

  6. no if just one cigarrete but many.........like about this moment about 10,000 people are smoking its dangerous. It releases greenhouse effects that trap the sun's heat ang light inside the ozone layer. It expands the layer so more heat and light come.

  7. No.

  8. Yes, although it's much less than many other sources.

They do have many other harmful effects on the environment.  Cigarettes are responsible for tons of particulate matter in our air, along with other pollutants.  Discarded cigarette butts wash into the ocean where they can kill wildlife.

  9. The whole argument blaming man for a natural process revolves around using fossil fuels for energy.  The theory goes all of this carbon has been trapped for millions of years, locked away from the normal cycle of the planet.  The carbon emitted by cigarettes is a part of the current carbon cycle.  As such, it doesn't add additional carbon to the atmosphere.

    Now leave my smokes alone.

Edit:  And before anyone tries to include the gasoline/fuel used to farm, process, package, and ship my smokes...it's the same production and distribution system used for every other product manufactured today.  Blame the system, not my tobacco.

  10. No

Sounds like something Al gore would come up with.

In which case he is responsible because his family grew tobacco.

  11. I'd say that cigarettes have a positive effect on global warming.  Not because of any smoke they emit, but because they shorten the life span of smokers, and people are known to be the main driver of global warming at present.
