Does citronella spray harm toads?

I have a back-yard pond that has produced a lot of American toads this year. They have made a big dent in the mosquito population, so I don't want to harm them. But I'm still being bitten by mosquitoes. I want to spray some citronella on the wood fence around my yard (the product is called Skeeter D'Feeter) but I want to make sure it won't hurt the toad population before I do it.
