  1. h**l, no! If that was the case I'd be high all the time!

  2. Lol no.

  3. No. Cocaine comes from coca, and chocolate comes from cacao. Totally different.

  4. no total different plants:

Cacao (Theobroma cacao) (Mayan: kakaw, Nahuatl: Cacahuatl), or the cocoa plant, is a small (4–8 m or 15–26 ft tall) evergreen tree in the family Sterculiaceae (alternatively Malvaceae), native to the deep tropical region of the Americas.

Coca is a plant in the family Erythroxylaceae, native to north-western South America. The plant plays a significant role in traditional Andean culture. Coca leaves contain cocaine, which is a powerful stimulant, and also one of the most heavily controlled substances in the world.

Coca should not be confused with the similarly named South American Cocoa bean from which chocolate is made.

  5. Tell u what...I wouldn't want to chop up a Hershey's bar and snort it!  But if it offered the same results, I'd surely have a "brown nose!"  =)

  6. Actually, its a common misconception that coca, cocoa and coffee (as well as coconuts and carob) are related.  Other than being a flowing plant, they have nothing in common.

Cocaine and chocolate ARE addicting as heck though, LOL!!!

  7. No but they grow in the same climate and are related as is coffee.
