Does coffee really help you through the WHOLE day? help to wake up tomorrow lol?

cause i am talking to someone online right now and im going to up for a long time lol and i have to get up at seven o clock

and i need some help on how to wake up!

  1. Coffee will help but it won't last for teh entire day.

    First thing I do when I get up is drink 2 glasses of water. Then I shave and jump into the shower. By then I am wake and ready to go as I start on my breakfast.

    Being properly hydrated will increase your motabolism and energy levels by 3%. If I get less than 6 hours of sleep and feel extra tired when I wake up I will have a healthy energy drink with the water but that is it.


  2. Caffeine effects people differently. I can drink coffee and then go to sleep, but my sister cant drink it after 2 in the afternoon or she cant sleep at all. I've found guarana to work really well for me. Guarana has a stimulating effect on mind and body, it should help you to wake up and keep you active over the day. Guarana is in V drinks, Red Bulls and Mother Drinks, you can also get it in pill form from health food stores. Just don't drink too much coz it can make you feel over energetic.

  6. OK, caffeine does stimulate the body and senses but it is not the answer for your situation. you will crash hard when the caffeine is gone and you'll need a constant supply to maintain alertness do the right thing and take the sleep. unless of course you can maintain the stimulants and loads.

  8. I think it does help you throught the whole day (if you keep drinking it) It doesnt help to wake up for tomorrow cause it makes people (especially me) hyper *.* use an alarm clock, thats what i do, but i need a LOUD alarm clock

  9. get up take a shower and eat breakfast. that will wake you up.  If you don't have time for breakfast grab a piece of fruit or granola bar and take a multi vitamin. getting food in your stomach will help wake your whole body up.

  10. Drink some tea,you'll touch the morning.
