  1. If Macro Cosmos and Dimensional Fissure is already on the field then no it wont. But if they arn't then yes it will stop them.

  2. if you mean stop their effects from working, you might as well use cards like dust tornado/twister (mst and heavy storm should be in the main deck already)

cold wave won't stop macro/dimensional fissure if they're already on the field because their effects have already been activated. if you play cold wave before those cards are on the field, then macro and dimensional fissure can't be played for a turn

  3. It depends. If they haven't played d fissure/macro, then cold wave would negate it until its effect has ended. If d fissure/macro is already activated, then no it will not. If this is something that really wrecks your deck, side deck, or maybe even main deck (depends on your meta), something to deal with it. Most GB players are using Solemn Judgment to negate anything they choose. If Solemn's aren't within your grasp, something simple like Dust Tornado, Mystical Space Typhoon, Heavy Storm, Phoenix Wing Wind Blast, Raigeki Break, or Giant Trunade would work just fine.

  4. If Macro/Fissure is already on the field, the no, cold wave would not effect it.

If Macro has been set before Cold Wave, but not activated, then yes, Macro can not be activated until Cold Wave effect is finished.

    The same is with Fissure.

    Hope I Helped =D

  5. cold wave would stop cards from being activated, but it wont stop a continuous effect

if the continuous effect is already active, then it wont be affected by cold wave

if its still face down, then it cant be activated because cold wave would stop it

  6. Cold Wave will not stop any card that has already been activated or is already face-up on the field.  All Cold Wave does is prevent both players from activating or setting any Spell or Trap, but it doesn't Negate effects.  You may want to also watch out when playing against Macros Cosmos as it is also chainable to Cold Wave.  Assuming you don't already have them in your deck, you may want to side deck Heavy Storm, Mystical Space Typhoon, or Dust Tornado when playing against a Macros Cosmos deck.
