Because of the dark skin tone, bright eyeliners pop and look good. But if you do try this look, be sure to keep the rest of your face very neutral and natural, including your eyeshadows. This way, the eyeliner is your focal point.

I do think some people can pull off dark skin with colored eyeliner, but I think the best option would be to use a very dark brown or black eyeliner, then use a brighter eyeshadow color. That way, the color will really pop!

Also, using the right base before applying eyeshadow can make a world or difference.
